Lending a Hand

Academy Residential Mortgage is pleased to be a partner in education with many area public schools. As measure of its commitment to funding educational initiatives, Academy will contribute $250 toward an area school or its Parent Teacher Association (PTA) upon the completion of a mortgage refinance or purchase transaction by an eligible school employee or school volunteer. The borrower must simply mention the program and identify the recipient school prior to the loan closing.
Lending a HandTM is designed to give schools discretionary funds to be used for the betterment of their students’ educational environment. The program is in effect through the end of the 2007-2008 school year. For further details, contact your Academy Residential Loan Officer.

*Eligible borrowers include school teachers, administrators, non-teaching employees and volunteers and PTA members.
