The EquitySaver Mortgage provides buyers with a low, guarenteed fee structure for their mortgage financing. No nickel and dime costs that make applying for a mortgage as unpopular as filing a tax return. Program Eligibility:

• This program is available exclusively to customers for the purchase of their next home and to buyers of our approved real estate partners. Please contact our office for a list of partners.
• This program is restricted to the purchase of a Georgia residential property.
• Applicants must meet standard loan guidelines in order to be eligible for the loan program and must agree to have their purchase transaction close at an attorney designated by Academy Residential Mortgage.
  

* The flat fee does not include optional items like owners title insurance or a survey, nor does it cover realtor fees or homeowners association dues or initiation fees.  Additionally, buyers who choose to obtain a "piggyback" 2nd mortgage to lower their downn payment requirements would pay an additional $200 or $1695 as their flat fee.
